Return Policy

Items can be returned within 45 days with copy of the receipt.
Items must be purchased through store.t
The item must be in its original packaging and free from wear.
There are no returns or exchanges on final sale items.
The customer has to pay the shipping back to our stire. We will send any requested exchange items after we have received the original merchandise at the warehouse.

Classic Firearms Shop seeks perfection in every product it produces, but when issues do arise, we want to provide the best-in-class customer support. Our team of U.S.-based customer service professionals are trained to address your needs. If they don’t have an immediate answer, they will work diligently to resolve your inquiry quickly.

We are now accepting walk-ins for Classic Firearms Shop Technical Services. Please be aware that there is limited availability to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees and access will be permitted on a first come, first serve basis. All customers will be required to check in with security and have a temperature check prior to entry into the facility and will be required to wait in their vehicle while service is being performed.

Discreet Packages

Products will be packaged in stealth proof packaging for maximum protection and freshness, then sealed in regular Xpress packages. There will be no indication on the outside of the packaging which will reflect the nature of contents inside, to prevent theft and provide the upmost discretion.
